50. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my project?

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling:

Cancellations

  1. Deposit Policy

    • All deposits are non-refundable as they secure your booking and reserve resources for your project.

  2. Cancellation Fees

    • If the project is cancelled close to the scheduled date, additional fees may apply to cover any pre-production work or expenses already incurred. The specific timeline and fees are outlined in your contract.

  3. Alternative Bookings

    • If we’re able to rebook the date with another client, we may offer partial refunds or waive additional cancellation fees as a goodwill gesture.

Rescheduling

  1. Advance Notice

    • If you need to reschedule, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible—ideally at least 30 days. This allows us to accommodate your new date and adjust our schedule.

  2. Flexibility

    • We’ll do our best to reschedule your project at no extra cost, provided the new date is mutually agreed upon and falls within a reasonable timeframe.

  3. Additional Costs

    • If the rescheduled date incurs additional expenses (e.g., travel or venue fees), these costs will be added to the final invoice.

We aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible while ensuring fairness for both parties. Let us know as soon as you’re aware of any changes, and we’ll work together to find the best solution!
