
Hartshead Productions Ltd – Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Hartshead Productions Ltd ("the Company") to the Client ("you" or "the Client"). By booking with the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to secure the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date.

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other methods agreed in writing.
3. Discount Offers

The 20% discount applies only to wedding video bookings for dates in 2025.

Discount is subject to availability and is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed with a deposit.

The discount cannot be combined with any other offers unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels the booking more than 60 days before the event, only the deposit will be retained.

If the Client cancels within 60 days of the event, 50% of the total agreed fee will be payable.

In the unlikely event the Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded in full.
5. Changes to Booking

Changes to the event date are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

The Client must notify the Company in writing of any changes as soon as possible.
6. Production and Delivery

The Company will use professional judgement to capture and edit footage creatively. Specific shots or styles are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Final edited videos will be delivered within 8–12 weeks after the event, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery will be via digital download, USB, or another method agreed with the Client.
7. Copyright and Usage

Hartshead Productions Ltd retains the copyright of all video footage.

The Client is granted a personal-use license to share and display the videos privately.

The Company reserves the right to use selected footage for promotional purposes (website, social media, advertising) unless the Client objects in writing before the event.
8. Limitation of Liability

The Company will take every care with the filming and editing of your event but is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to equipment failure, loss of footage, or acts of nature.

In any event, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.
9. Client Responsibility

The Client must ensure all necessary permissions are obtained for filming at venues.

The Client must inform the Company of any restrictions or guidelines imposed by the venue regarding videography.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
