Terms & Conditions

Wedding booking require a non refundable deposit, bookings secured with a deposit will close the date to any other wedding booking. Final payment must be made by the meeting 30 days prior to the wedding when our operative will visit your home and discuss the full details of the day and take a running order to ensure we have all the information required to record your day without issues. It is your responsibility to ensure any details not discussed on the final meeting are communicated before the day by email so we have a written record of the request. Any guests who have organised a surprise should be asked to contact us with details to ensure this is recorded correctly. Our responsibility is to provide a wedding video based on the information taken at the final meeting and in line with the package chosen. Please note we are fully insured company, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong we will be able to provide a range of solutions to rectify. we guarantee to attend on the date and time specified on the last meeting, this will also be provided to you by email and confirmation will be requested that you are happy and that all information is provided in the email of the details of your day.

Please note you must ensure that the venue or church has had any filming fees paid upfront as we take no responsibility for any charges relating to filming at any venue.

Ruby Package - This package has one operator which limits the amount of details you will get from your video as the operator can only be in one place at a time, church services will require time to pack down before further filming outside of a church can be completed. This package has multiple cameras for additional angles but this is also limited to safe places to leave a locked off camera where it can not be blocked, knocked or moved. All site safety must be considered and we reserve the right to limit cameras used if the site is not suitable to leave a camera alone. We do not charge per camera so no refunds are available if we remove cameras for safety grounds. As with all packages the safety of our staff is essential, we will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our staff. If any equipment is intentionally damage whist onsite, repair or replacement costs may be charged.

Emerald Package - This package has two operators for bride preparations, ceremony and speeches then reduced to one operator for first dance and evening celebrations. This package has multiple cameras for additional angles but this is also limited to safe places to leave a locked off camera where it can not be blocked, knocked or moved.

All site safety must be considered and we reserve the right to limit cameras used if the site is not suitable to leave a camera alone. We do not charge per camera so no refunds are available if we remove cameras for safety grounds. Diamond Package - This package comes with three operators to film bride and groom preparations whilst also setting up the ceremony. This is reduced to two operators after the ceremony is complete. We may reduce to one operator after the speeches depending on the details of whats happening during the evening celebration and the amount of cameras we can safely place in the room.

Initial booking fee is taken off the total price of the wedding, cancellations after booking fee has been taken are not subject to refund unless the date can be filled with an alternative job. Once full payment is made at 30 day meeting the wedding is non refundable. Weddings will be produced within 4 to 6 weeks, during busy times we may need to ask for a little more time but this will be communicated if required.
