We will always attend site with minimum or 30 min prior to filming start time and ensure that the equipment required is available. Its the clients responsibility to ensure all details of filming have been communicated by email to ensure a written record of the details can be accessed. Start time is the time agreed as the start of filming and does not include setup time. we have full insurance to cover all filming activities onsite excluding aerial video or photography. Drone footage is sourced from a third party company with official licence and insurance to cover the event and must be requested by the client at least 30 days prior to filming. Please note that external shots can be hampered by bad weather, we will always do our best to continue to film in these conditions unless there is a high risk of damage to equipment or personnel. We always send an initial edit to ensure the project is what your want or if any changes are required to ensure the final project is what you have requested. We do not charge for rendering time, but please note graphic intensive projects can take longer to export and conform which can lead to a linger wait between edits when changes are requested. For any project that has an urgent deadline we will always ensure this is hit on time.
